Not the vibe you wanted? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked, no restocking fee.

Just email us at booglow@support.store with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label the same day. Pack it up, drop it off, and your refund hits your account as soon as it scans at the carrier. That's it.

If a light stops working or a ghost gets damaged in its first season, we will replace it for free. You do not even need to send anything back.

      How tall are they?

      No. Each ghost sits on a tripod stand and comes with landscape stakes that anchor it into the ground. This is the number one reason people switch from the DIY tomato cage version, which tips over in the first real wind.

      Can I use them if I don't have a lawn?

      Yes. On a porch, deck, or patio you can skip the stakes and weight the tripod base instead. They also work indoors for parties and photo backdrops.

      How long does setup take?

      About ten minutes for both. Open the tripod legs, drape the fabric, attach the face and hat, stake it in. No tools.
